Items are insured and will require that they are shipped to your credit card's billing address and, if over $100 in value, that they be signed for by an adult. This is to ensure that your item(s) make it safely to you, as shipping jewlery theft is common and a large risk.
We try to reduce our footprint by reusing packing and shipping materials when we can. Please let us know if you'd like us to ship in a brand new box for gift giving.
